① The LED brake light trailer hitch cover attached to the trailer will not flash when you are using only the turn signal. If both your brake lights and your turn signal are on, it will flash.
② Please make sure your vehicle has standard 2inch hitch receiver with standard 4-pin trailer adapter that has +++/- wiring configuration
