This fine art giclée print for TPC is created by Sofia Lind.

Printed on 265 g natural art paper with a matt, uncoated finish and lightly textured surface, that ensures a rich and vibrant display of colours.

Giclée is a printing technique used to attain intense, saturated colours as well as a greater variety of depth and nuances. Combined with the premium art paper, it guarantees archival conservation of colours for the highest possible age resistance.

In The Paris Metro Collection, Sofia Lind has been inspired by public art – and especially art in spaces that are frequently visited like commuting locations. Specifically the colours and atmosphere of four metro stations in Paris. “For me, to have the opportunity to absorb the design and architecture of public spaces is like visiting a museum.”

About the artist:
Sofia Lind is a designer and artist from Gothenburg, Sweden. Her work is very much imbued with patterns. The digital part of her work comes in late the process and she allows the materials/paintings to be visible and present.
